A Bit Off-Color
Walking through the H Street Market one encounters odd and fascinating people. This gentleman would stand still and cross himself (2nd photo) and then dance forward a bit and repeat. I encountered him later that day screaming at the J. Edgar Hoover FBI building (last photo). What a story he must have.
