Alex Hamilton once said, (paraphrased) that the greatest man who ever lived was Julius Caesar.  In spite of this mortifying sentiment, he went on to write many of the Federalist Papers which still stand as perhaps the best single apology for the Constitution of the United States of America.  Below are some quotes attributed to him.
