Cambodian Espresso

Robusta Espresso
Phnom Penh – October, 2012
Cambodian espresso is some of the best coffee I've ever had.  It produces a sweet cup featuring notes of butter and vanilla bourbon with a strong finish leaving a rich aftertaste of dark chocolate.  Robusta isn't the trash you might think if done right.  This can take on any arabica I've tasted.  Btw, did I mention almost a whole inch of creme...?

  1. Glad you found coffee there that you like :) I don't even want to know what the calorie content of something like that is!

  2. The calorie content of espresso is 1! It's the addition of sugar, milk, chocolate, caramel, etc. that make up the enormous calorie counts in some coffee drinks. Compare below to see the nutrition of espresso compared to a starbucks venti java chip frappuccino with whipped cream. Note the amount of sugar in the latter. It's terrifying.
