In America people talk about the weather. In Phnom Penh, expats talk about the traffic. Tourists and semi-permanent residents alike are wont to take lots of pictures of it but looking at congestion usually sucks because it's from boring angles and typically you're looking at stuff
not move which is usually the anti-thesis of an action shot. In an attempt to make traffic pictures more interesting, I pulled an L. B. Jefferies (Rear Window anyone?) this afternoon and waded into traffic to see if I could get a better shot.
